As a stroke specialist, Dr. Damski is an expert in stroke prevention, emergency treatment, and post-stroke rehabilitation. He is the former Medical Director of the Comprehensive Stroke Center at Baptist Hospital of Miami.
Dr. Damski was the valedictorian of his class at North Miami Beach Senior High School. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Harvard College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he graduated with honors. He went on to earn his medical degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine, where he was elected to the medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha.
Following graduation, Dr. Damski completed his internship in medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. He then finished his residency in neurology at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.
Dr. Damski is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Group. He is affiliated with Baptist Health South Florida, Jackson Hospital in Miami, West Kendall Baptist Hospital, and South Miami Hospital. He is also an Associate Professor of Neurology at Florida International University Medical School.
