The staff is cordial and helpful and very professional. The admin team deal with a considerable amount of patients but maintain their calm and effectively move you through the process. I'm still in the midst of moving toward a decision my. next course of action but it's clear what the options are thanks to the doctor's and the admin team's attentiveness, patience and professionalism.
