The administrative staff has been very helpful in providing information that I need. That has included documents as well as clarity on procedures and appointments, etc.,
The Dr. has been very useful in explaining potential options for my care and uses texts, calls and in person appointments to keep me informed. That has been reassuring - I appreciate the sense of caring and professionalism people exhibit despite being very busy.

I like fact that the doctor listen to me explaining how often I have the migraine and try different medications to help me. When my migraine diminishes from 20 to once in a while I will be forever grateful to Dr Jimenez. I thank the staff for their professionalism.

I’m usually a bit anxious during a medical appointment but Dr.Gran never fails to put me at ease. He first visited me in the hospital after a mild stroke (TIA). He proved his expertise by ordering a test for an unusual and previously overlooked heart condition. This diagnosis led to the resolution of a potentially life threatening condition. I feel more than well taken care of by Dr. Gran and his staff.
Dr. Gran always ask how I’m doing, and if I have any questions or concerns. I greatly appreciate that he takes time to listen, respond, and reassure. He orders your prescriptions himself to avoid any miscommunication. I have, and will continue to recommend Dr.Gran to family and friends.
