I have been suffering with chronic migraines for 7 years. I have seen many doctors and have been on all sorts of treatments without success. It wasn’t until my neurologist, Dr. Dalia Lorenzo, recommended I see Dr. Herskowitz and give botox a try.
My first round of injections was done in November 2022 and I saw results almost immediately. The migraines went from a debilitating 20 per month to a manageable 4 per month. My quality of life has improved dramatically and, for the first time in years, I was able to remember what it felt like to live pain free. Today, February 2023, I went back for my second round of what will hopefully be a life changing treatment.
If you’ve tried every preventative and nothing seems to work, don’t give up because there’s hope. Give botox a “shot”.
