I never do reviews. But, I recently had a wonderful experience at my Dr Herskowitz office, and I would like to share my review. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. The waiting area was clean, spacious, and well-organized, creating a calming atmosphere.
Dr. Herskowitz was not only highly knowledgeable but also extremely compassionate. He took the time to listen to my concerns and asked detailed questions to better understand my symptoms. His expertise and ability to explain complex medical concepts in a way I could understand were truly impressive.
During the examination, he was thorough and conducted a comprehensive assessment. He patiently explained each step of the process, ensuring I felt at ease and well-informed throughout. His attention to detail and commitment to providing quality care was evident.
What stood out the most was the genuine care and empathy shown by the entire staff. The girls were kind and attentive, and the administrative team was efficient and helpful. It was clear that they all worked together seamlessly to prioritize patient well-being.
Overall, my experience at the neurologist’s office was exceptional. The professionalism, expertise, and compassion displayed by the entire team made me feel confident and reassured about my health. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of neurological care.
